Interested in Law Enforcement? Join the Police Venturers!
Whether you're considering law enforcement as a career or just curious about what goes on behind the scenes, Police Venturing is a great way to learn about the role of police within the community and within the criminal justice system.
To become a Venturer, you must:
- Be 14-18 years of age;
- Attend a secondary school;
- Pass a Ottawa Police Service volunteer background check
- Be available about 20 hours per month including weekly meetings
