Ottawa Police seek TD Canada Trust bank robbery suspect - 1480 Richmond Rd

The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect of a bank robbery on December 15, 2009. 

 

On December 15, 2009, at approximately 5:15 pm, a lone male entered a branch of the TD Canada Trust located at 1480 Richmond Road.  The suspect passed a note making a demand for cash and made off with a small amount of cash.  The suspect also left with a dye pack and thus may be stained with red ink.  There were no injuries during the course of the robbery. 

 

The suspect is described as a white male, 40-50 years of age, salt & pepper hair with grey stubble, medium build, approx. 180 cm (5’11”).  He may have had a small bandage on the right side of his face.  The male was wearing a brown leather jacket and brown pants.
