Justin Rutter, 14-years-old, of Ottawa failed to return home on Thursday, October 8, 2009, after telling his friend he did not want to go back home. He has never stayed away from home for this long before. Justin Rutter is believed to frequent the Lowertown-Vanier-Overbrook area. He was last seen wearing a light brown/white hoodie, seen in this photo.
